Our clam chowder is made from scratch at least one day before we serve it, so the flavor is at its peak. Like a good spaghetti sauce, clam chowder is always better on the second day! We cut our own steaks daily - a generous 12 oz. boneless sirloin strip steak cut fresh - never frozen. You can taste the difference. The same is true with our chicken - purchased fresh and broiled with a barbecue sauce developed by Cornell University without using sugar, so it doesn't burn. Of course, all of our seafood is purchased daily locally. You get the idea - we do it right!
